Bought my fourth car from Craignairn cars, Exellent service John was not to pushy and fair for exchange. Had small scratch on car which was repaired and sprayed. Requested they check out a small issue which was promptly dealt with. I will continue to use this company as I have had good service and would recommend them to friends. It was a pleasure buying from Craignairn Cars. From the first chat about the car there was no pressure and we felt at ease throughout. We bought a 66 plate Mitsubishi Outlander and I've got to say the car was outstanding. Having viewed a couple of other Outlanders and been very dissapointed with the quality of them, it was a real joy to find one in almost immaculate condition for a 5yr old car. The whole transition of test driving and buying was very smooth and I would have no hesitation in recommending Craignairn Cars to family and friends. I suspect this Outlander will last us a long time but would have complete confidence in buying here again. We are over the moon with the car we bought and would have saved us some time and money in going to Craignairn first!

Couldn't be happier with the service we got. Rang to make an appt to view as is requested at the mo during Covid for a Saturday or Sunday. The owner was already and waiting for us when we arrived. We agreed to buy the vehicle, paid a deposit, agreed works to be done and that we would pick it up the following week after it's MOT, etc. When I arrived to pick up the car it was faultless, valeted and polished and looked like new. Other thoughtful things had been done, like arranging the road tax on the Friday as DVLA don't do Saturday registrations, made my journey home stress free. I can't recommend Craignairn Cars highly enough. Thank you.

Craignairin's team are great! They personally took the time to explain and ensure that I got the right financing I was looking for my car! The car was in good condition and he had it completely cleaned and polished - which is rare nowadays. Only small issue was the side steps that was completely rusted, but its its normal for a car of this age. Keep it up lads!

We traded in our RAV4 for a CLS CDI and got a good deal. The proprietor was very helpful and prepared the Mercedes to go with a fresh service and mot. The car itself was in very condition for the age, mileage and price. The customer service from Craignairn was excellent and very friendly. My wife took the keys and is delighted with her Mercedes-Benz. We would certainly consider purchasing here in the future. The showroom and forecourt area was spotless and looked immaculately presented which goes a long way in selling a car. I read some negative reviews about Craignairn cars on some other sites which did concern me at first when I visited the site to look at a Jaguar XJ. I have to say in all honesty I was blown away by the professionalism and sheer customer centric approach from the owner John. He was brilliant. We agreed a price and he put it through a service and MOT for me onsite. Having driven it away I had a few niggles which I wanted sorted and making contact with John again he could not have been more helpful. The car went back in and i was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was being sorted. I am delighted with the car and importantly so impressed with the whole Craignairn Car experience as a new customer. It just goes to prove you can't believe everything you read on some reviews. Would definitely recommend and I'll be back for my next one to here in a few years time.

It is always a risk for both the garage and the buyer buying a car blind and taking in a p/x, but as long as you the buyer are honest with your p/x there is nothing to fear fro Craignairn cars. I contacted him initially and he told me that the vehicle was being test driven, however he would contact me if either it was sold or not. I was contacted one hour later and arranged a test drive. On 13 Jan 2020 I bought a Jaguar sportbrake. Now the 3 month warranty is finished it's time for my review. Only 5 stars 'cos that's the most I can give. On the second day of owning the car I found a small but expensive problem. I contacted Craignairn and there was no evasion or excuses. The car I purchased from Craignairn was over 500 miles away and because of corona virus problems I could not go to view/road test. They could not have been more helpful, sending me loads of extra photos/infm and giving a lot of help over the phone. We negotiated a price and they organised to have the car MoT tested and delivered to my home address. The car arrived on time to the minute and was exactly as it had been described. I had been very concerned at dealing at such a long distance without being able to view, but it all turned out really well . I would highly recommend this company to others.

But please find below a review as you asked Graham at Craignairn Cars made buying a great car (the best spec'd I had found on the market) into an easy, straight forward and enjoyable process - the complete opposite of the daunting challenge that we had been expecting.

Graham was understanding and responsive to our circumstances and we were impressed by how he was able to swiftly structure a deal that accommodated this.

This deal he was able to explain very clearly and carefully, really taking the time to ensure that we were comfortable with all aspects.

Finally we felt really well looked after. We were welcomed, along with our baby, at an initial viewing and Graham even organised a rapid (12 hour) prep of the car including service and MOT to allow us to take it on a family holiday (plus a warranty for extended peace of mind).

After hunting 18 months for a car with the right spec and mileage, I received an alert telling me that Craignairn Cars Kirkcaldy had one to match my search.
I called for a trade in quote and then arranged to view the car.
We were greeted by John at Craignairn Cars with a genuine smile although we were a day late.
He showed us the car, we had a test drive and agreed a deal.
There was no pressure on the sale it was a very pleasant and relaxed experience.
The finance % was as competitive as any other we had been quoted.
I had a feeling of trust , he was friendly and professional.
When I picked the car up it had a full years MOT with no advisories , they had serviced the car and fitted new discs and pads (which were not a condition for the MOT)
I emailed the owner to ask if the CD changer cassette was lying around the garage as it was missing. I received a reply first thing in the morning saying they would source one and post it out to me, it arrived 2 days later.
I cant praise the quality of service enough.
